A self-sealing bag is a packaging bag that can be automatically sealed by pressing. Common types include airtight bags, bone bags, and zipper bags.
Self-sealing bags (also known as airtight bags, adhesive bags, sealing bags, zipper bags, bone bags, English: Ziplock bags, Reclosable Bag, Sealing bag, Zipper Closure Bag, Bone bag) are made of polyethylene (LDPE) and high-pressure linear polyethylene (LLDPE) blown film, heat-cut bag making, made of a resealable plastic bag. Common materials include PE\PO\EVA, multi-layer composite zipper bags, etc.
There are two types of clip chain self-sealing bags. One is directly blow-molded, with the area above the self-sealing opening generally being 1.8CM. The area near the self-sealing opening is relatively thick, and the left and right sides of the self-sealing bag are made into finished products using heat-sealing. The other method is to attach the clip chain afterwards, which is mainly used for the production of composite bags.
The production of adhesive self-sealing bags mainly involves transverse cutting of single-layer film, heat-sealing on both sides, with different front and back lengths of the bag. One side is 3-5cm longer than the other, allowing for a fold-back portion. The fold-back portion has adhesive, such as destructive adhesive, attached to it. To use, simply tear off the plastic cover on the adhesive and fold it back to seal the bag.
